Description
The basis of the MANUAL SLEEVE WRAPPER consist in a micron wire, which cuts the film that covers the with the film. This wire is connected pushing a pedal with the food. This cover could be totally closed or with holes in the sides, depending what kind of film is used.
After making the cover, the pack is introduced in a shrinking chamber, which makes the shrink of the film with hot air, making the pack consistent.
Can replace Kraft and carton for the wrapping of various types of products and collations.
Most economical method of achieving a sleeve sealed pack by using only one roll of shrink film:

- Simple film feed.

- Pack is sealed by using the shrink tunnel heat.
