Description
GFM-ZGP-6H Intellectual low-viscosity (watery) Filling Machine is suitable for packing liquid soap, ES, SL material, with good fluidity. It uses vertical structure with constant liquid level and time which realize the precise filling. The machine is especially suitable for foodstuff. For example: white spirit, soy sauce, vinegar, seasoning, vegetable oil, syrup, mineral water, edible liquid as well as chemical liquid. It has accurate filling measurement; there is not bubble and drop. It suits for the filling of all kinds of bottle (including irregular bottle) ranging from 25 to 1000 ml.
This machine is controlled by computer (PLC), touch screen control panel. It’s characteristics are long service life element, easy maintaining, stable and reliable, easy operating, metering accurate and fast.
All the parts which contact with the filling material are made of stainless steel. The surface is polished. It has polished. It has nice appearance, (in addition, it may add full close equipment)
