Description
The machine is to use the principle of precision gear pumps, the use of touch screen operation, the PLC control filling volume and speed of the liquid filling to the container, liquid is widely adaptability, accurate. The volume, speed the time between of filling can be designed. Filling capacity, speed and filling interval can be set and changed easily on the touch screen.
Each filling can be set to speed-up slowly – and then filling fast – slow deceleration and to remove the packing foam and spatter generated during Sealed waterproof touch panel; touch buttons and LCD screen can be set, parameters and operating status display. A total of 40 sets of data retention, to facilitate the use of different size bottle.
Pump unit easily dismantled for cleaning.
Can be extend to use in conveyor on line.
