Automatic Double Head Labeling Machine With Servo Motor And Belt Top Press For Front And Back Labeling
Designed for high-precision labelling on flat-surface products, with optional devices for round and square bottles. The machine supports circular labelling for round bottles and wrap-around labelling for square bottles.
Equipped with Servo motor, PLC control and user-friendly HMI, the label feeding speed can be adjusted in 0.01 m/min increments for precise label positioning.
The stable conveyor system, adjustable product sensor and specially designed nylon chain ensure smooth product handling and minimal scratching. The labelling head is adjustable on 6 axes, making it suitable for different product profiles and transparent labels.
With four fixing points, the labelling offset can be less than ±0.5 mm. Product changeover can be completed within several minutes, while the multi-stage pressing system helps prevent air bubbles and wrinkles after labelling.
