Description
The feeding set adopted an auto feeding device, and the high rotate speed seriously affected the precision of powder loading because of less feeding with a speed of 100 revolution/min-120 revolution/min, and then the domestic producers all adopt DC motor drive for feeding, the working life is short and can’t work continuously, it affects the precision of powder filling on a high speed machine.
Now we adopted a new type of machine controlled by a PLC, feeded by an inverter and pair oars impeller with the mechanical parts, it has a function of lack feeding protection and solved the problem mentioned above.
The processing of tablets shape now the new type machine adopts the full set of German HAV hydraumatic support system, it has a high pressure and the pressure is adjustable, it has a long term of working life and stable. The new type has the function, the tablets shaped twice and the tablets of Chinese traditional medicine, tablets of western medicine and irregular tablets can be pressed, it has a character of a wide applicability, good appearance and high rigidity.
